Yes that is normal, the ticket is open meaning is 0 is duo to no one responded, just wait and don´t open a new one or you gonna get on bottom of the line.

Ah I see. I have no reason to believe whatever you did triggered the ban, it was most likely something else. While I can’t disclose what triggered it to maintain the integrity of our system, I recommend you just make a ticket and wait. If it discovered to be a false flag, you will be unbanned.

Got it. I submitted a request on March 15, 2026, and am currently waiting for a response. I hope the block will be lifted.
Most likely, the security system detected a suspicious file in the game’s root folder and immediately blocked me because it was a non-standard file format—after all, it’s Nvidia. I’ll now know better not to upload files with non-standard formats before logging into BestRust servers (the other servers I currently play on don’t issue bans).

I believe you have access to all the kits up to the value of 25 euros, these are usually refreshed after the time expiry period, in most cases you can usually redeem twice but you can also deposit the next day for more.

The splits kits you can carry across, but usually there is a cool down prior to redeeming initially for new wiped servers - think its a couple of hours for alot of them.

I've never seen a server so disorganized. Every single day it's the same bs, same responses, but 0 action to fix it. Instead we watch the same stuff happen day after day, week after week. You guys ban a lot of people, which could be good. but I feel like you are taking out innocent people in the process.

And if trials/mods don't have accesses to ban appeals, then don't let them rage bait us. That is annoying and ridiculous. I used to head admin on a major dayz server, if one of my staffs acted that way, they would be gone. It's been since December at this point. My first appeal I did everything as asked after waiting 3 weeks for a response. Then my ticket was denied before I could respond or ask why, closed and the admin timed me out of the discord for a week. I was banned for suspicious account. I bought rust on MY steam account on the winter sale!
