We ban suspicious accounts or accounts with low hours to keep our servers safe. We understand that we can make mistakes and you are also free to make another appeal, next time you appeal id reccomending offering a to do a voluntary pc check and maybe that will boost your chances.

also our ban appeals are handeled by a small dedicated team, as with any server we cannot get to every appeal at once and do our best to go through them thoroughly and carefully. Please be paitent when you make a ticket again

Ok, here’s a quick way to convert it to pdf. Open a new tab in whatever browser you use (shouldn’t matter which you use) drag and drop the file (don’t do both in the same tab) press CRTL + P, set the destination to save as PDF then click save.

I am writing to appeal a "Ban Evading" ban I received yesterday on the Main 2x server. I believe this is a false positive and would like to request a manual review of my account.

I have over 4,500 hours in Rust, with more than 500 hours spent specifically on this server using my only account. I do not own any alternative accounts, and I have never used cheats or been banned on any other server.

We are a group of 8 people playing consistently on your server. Despite facing frequent cheaters and significant ping issues that negatively impact our wipes, we have remained loyal to BestRust because we enjoy the environment. However, being banned for "Ban Evading" without any prior offense is very frustrating, and I have now been waiting for over 15 hours for a response.

What i urge you to do is head on over too #❓┃submit-a-ticket and create a Ban Appeal Ticket, fill in the needed information and get a reply as soon as possible from an available administrator.
