Please be patient, I know it can be annoying waiting but you need to remember that we are one of the largest modded servers and there's thousands of people play. This means hundreds of people may get banned over a couple weeks and that's a lot of people to individually review.

I can assure you that your in the queue to be answered and all we can ask is that you are patient. If it is an error and you are unbanned I am sure that you can make a ticket to get back the time you lost on your kits. Additionally your moderator application will carry on.

Try asking for steam links to their profile. You looking for anything that could signify they are playing on a bought account.

These could be having a low amount of friends, low steam level, low amount of games, no achievements, no skins

When they try to move to another server but everything is empty except Best Rust, it’s basically the definition of “unfair.”

From their perspective, they see you got an EAC ban on an alt. Then you got a new account and are now trying to play.

Brother, you can't give me the "Anti-Cheat" excuse. I worked directly with Horus from BattleMetrics. There is no Anti-Cheat built into BM that will let an account play for 15~ hours and THEN ban, it's not possible. Either the account was suspicious when it joined, or it wasn't. This was done by MANUAL review after a report. I'm more tapped in than you think.

We totally understand where you're coming from and yeah, the wait times can definitely be frustrating.

The reason appeals take time is because they're handled by a small, dedicated team and every case has to reviewed carefully and individually. It's not just about what's said in the appeal, they also have to check logs, account history and other internal data to make sure the decision is correct.

"Suspicious account" bans are put in place to protect the servers, but that's also exactly why appeals need to be handled carefully rather than rushed.

It's not perfect and improvements are always needed but the goal is to stay fair and consistent rather than risk letting actual cheaters through or making incorrect decision.

I understand the response, and the need for the "Sus Account" ban reason. I disavoy the need for a 2 month wait time. Again, I've ran a Rust team before, 2 months on ANY ticket is ridiculous. Nothing takes 2 months. You don't have that many tickets. You have either a lack of motivation to look into those tickets, or you have a lack of staff looking into those tickets. One of those is true. I only type these things with the hope that things get better, not out of ill intent. This network has a load of players and it's pivotol that they are kept happy if the network is to survive, and banning without a proper appeals process, is a great way to kill player trust.
