If you've opened a ticket under "Ban Appeal" then all you can do is wait. You've been put in the queue and appeals are taken in the order they come in so the ones from a month ago are dealt with now and your will be done once the ones before you have been ended.
There's no shortcut or a fast way for someone to deal with your ban appeal.
Everyone else waits and so can you. Hopefully your ticket will be taken care of in the next couple of weeks!

Interesting, I'd say open a ticket and wait for someone to get back to you on it. I'm gonna guess that the Anti-Cheat makes some mistakes sometimes and bans incorrectly, but these false bans can be lifted by the ban appeals teams if you've done nothing wrong 🙂

It's possible. We can't really say what the banning algorithm is, maybe it could be a false ban, or it really did suspect something. I'd recommend having the ticket open and waiting for a response from the Ban Appeals team

That's fine - I've submitted a ban appeal and will await their response, I hope the tickets are resolved reasonably quickly. You can imagine as first time players of the server (as I too share that with Rumo), it's quite frustrating, esp on a fresh wipe with a teammate already in-game 😩
