You mentioned that you moved and sold your steam account and got a new one. Did you mention all that?

If not, please send a message through the Ticket DM about the situation and the old steam account name, why you sold it, why you got a new one, etc. Etc.

Not providing enough or relevant or all information isn't helpful and will just delay your appeal process.

If you have included that info (with as much detail as possible) then i dont doubt that you'll get a response soon!

Try to find as much info about it as possible. If you sold it surely there are emails, logs, messages, etc. They need all information about it.

If that old account was caught cheating, all they see is that you made a new account to evade the ban.

There is a limit, but nothing prevents you from installing more turrets, you just have only 12 working, for example, if you have 14 turrets, the last 2 will not work, but if you turn off the previous ones, these 2 will work.

This is not the maximum number, this is the number of turrets that will work. You can put more than 12, but 13 will not work until one of the 12 is turned off.

I get the frustration with waiting, but once you have opened a ticket you are placed in a queue and the team will get to you eventually.
Also if it says "you have 0 ticket(s) being looked at by the team" it does not mean the ticket is closed, it just means no one is currently investigating your ticket.
