Hello all, i put a ticket in a couple weekas ago and you can scroll up to see my messages about how i was talking about that my ticket was closed without a response. i then put in a complaint and was told to make another ticket which i did happily as i thought that would resolve the issue. ive just checked my ticket again for the 2nd time and it has been closed without a response from an admin. I am happy to make another ticket but i feel as if i shoul;d be fast tracked now as trhis is the 2nd time it has happened. can i please get into contact with a mod that can get me in touch with a admin that can resolve this please and thank you.
