Create a ticket I doubt they were closed, the problem with ban evading tickets is that there is a queue and they are answered in order so it might take a while for yours to be seen I heard it takes around 2-4 weeks but im not sure. Hope this helped

I've seen people asking about ticket times, I get it takes time, but me and many others have been banned for just joinging the server. I joined broke one barrel went to break a second and was perm banned for "Suspicious account". My steam is over 10 years old and I've owned it the whole time. Never bought it from any service and never been banned on any server for any form of cheating. I made a ticket only for it to be closed later without even notifying me. The only reason I even know it was closed is cause when I tried to send a message to ask for an update, the bot sent a message back stating I had 0 tickets open. So I appealed again and came here to ask about it when seeing others having the same issue. I was told by an admin it would be looked into soon, however I just tried to message for an update again on my second appeal and once again it states I have 0 tickets open with yall. I get it can take time but either the system keeps auto closing my tickets due to time, or an admin is doing so with no context or update as to why. So at this point Im not really sure what else to do and I can see why people are annoyed.

There is a huge amount of ban appeal tickets and since we have a smaller team for them to allow for more precise evaluations it takes time unfortunately.
