Hey, creating mutiple tickets will just place you always on the bottom of the queue, the best thing to do is create a ticket and wait for a staff member to take it, yes it can take a bit since the team dealing with bans is small

you need to remember that staff are not on discord 24/7. people have jobs, college & other responsibilities. You can scroll up and see prosper has been working through tickets and replying to people in here this morning. He is usually active most mornings however there is only so many he can work through at once.

I think patrol heli might be bugged. On 2x servers (i chcecked 2x only) if you shoot heli it wont fly to you very often it fly around the map then stops in 1 spot dont shot rockects dont show at all just stays in 1 spot and roams half grid away even if you shoot it multiple times you cant lure it
