If an admin has told you that you need to wait 3 months that is most likely what you have to do. Getting a response in ban appeal tickets can take up to a couple weeks. Making new tickets everyday does not make you get a response faster.

I personally wouldn't say this is teaming, its just a team watching a player doorcamp someone else. It's just roofcampers roofcamping. I feel like its a very specific action. Theres no specific, direct, indication that they are indeed teaming. It's unfortuant for sure, but I wouldnt say this breaks the rules for teaming.

So, 22 days without an answer to my ticket, this is not okey. If any staff look at my ticket you can just close it or solve it, i don't care anymore since I will not come back to this server anymore. The fact that you have to wait a weeks to even hear anything about the reason for the ban is outrageous. The fact that you tell everyone that there is alot of tickets atm and that we should keep calm and just wait is okey, but not for over 3 weeks?? You also say you want to keep your appeal team small for this " careful review " is also a huge mistake. Like 95% of people that write in this channel for support is about appeals. From what I seen it most be a couple of hundred bans / day, someone earlier said that there was over 2500 tickets pending and that was over a week ago so guess it's more now, how can u then decied to have your " small team " do all this work and not take in more people to handle this? I have decided to NOT come back to this server anymore because this support is in my opinion not acceptable. Im guess im not the only one that feel this way and for your own good I hope you do something about your support, you anti cheat software that seems to ban people like crazy for everything and that you do this fast.
