I completely understand this as well when a team is small and the number of tickets is high, but we are still talking about customer care here. And if you follow the chat, this is an issue that is frequently criticized, so it is a process issue on your side and something you need to improve. After all, these are not just random players, but also potential customers who might use your paid services (like me and my friends, for example, if the support works).

Therefore, better communication in the ticket system would also be necessary, so that at least an estimated waiting time is known, or some kind of “how many are ahead of me.”

If it were possible to see in your stats how many tickets are currently open, one could imagine how much work you have and that you are actually doing something. That would also eliminate questions regarding the tickets.

Tom 7 hours is not that long compared some of the other people waiting to be unbanned you have to understand it this way a small team takes care of every ticket as soon as they get it they immediately begin to investigate ik it sounds crazy but everyone says they did nothing even if they did or didnt they all say its a false ban or this or that so our team has to investigate it complaining in here wont make it go faster or make the que for your ticket move faster.

Waiting so long is exactly the problem here Lexi. Thats why I said its a process issue on your side. This has to be much faster. Quality of Services is always measured by the Support/Customer Service. If there is a problem - everything is a problem. If this is good, even Outages and other things are not that bad, as long as the service is good.
And If there are issues cause by a system of you (in this case its a false ban) you need to calculate with complaining of people.

You look at this point from the wrong point of view. Its not always the fault from the other side to get a ban and if its not - so its the problem of your systems. And if it is exact that way - you need to be much faster in the troubleshooting process to fix this.

I even wrote your team a few hours ago if there is some kind of subscription which helps getting faster support - you see I would even be open to PAY for better support.

i think you need to rework the suspect account + unban appeal system. i get fresh/game ban accs, but Steam accounts that are older than 12 years and have alot of hours should get auto unban moment you unprivate and link. worst feeling is when you lose your teammate because of it and it takes days. wipe is ruined. My Steam is 13 years old, and i have over 30k gaming hours(im nerd yes). i hope some1 takes time and looks into my ticket and doesn't close it without saying anything.
