whats the logic behind banning people for "suspicious accounts"? thats taking them out of the game for absolutely no reason. no matter if someone bought their account or not (from what ive seen staff always says its suspicious cos the acc was bought?xd even tho ik people, even me, that got banned for that on their normal, main steam acc) they're playing on your server, and if you cannot ban them for cheats because theyre either not cheating - or u just cant catch them, you decide to ban them of a suspicious based off low rust hours on steam, most likely taking them out for the wipe (mostly with their friends, because who wants to play the rest of the wipe without the full squad) just losing the player count. if u think someones suspicious, dont ban em of a /hunch/ or the fact that their acc has low hours, just monitor them and their gameplay. probably the most stupid thing ive seen on such a MAJOR rust servers network, and thats MOSTLY cause the ban appeals also take extreeemely long to be even read, not even talkin bout giving out the final verdict. thats js throwing people time in the trash (the time they spent on farming/building/pvp) cause of a fass reason

Let me explain, So I joined server ask anyone wants to team. Guy said me, we added on discord and played, we was running around made a base ( I built the whole thing ), past couple hours or however since the wipe been on. Randomly I died to a random player, and he said oh u died, then boom team left, broke my bed, changed all locks, I came back and asked why, a different person came out and killed me with a different username (im guessing a friend)

so basically fully insided me, but I still have access to TC, on the outside where I can build etc. But bc they change locks etc I cant get in the base, or anything.

I will not reply to it at all. There are only a select few admins who manage ban appeal tickets. That is why it is taking a while. That coupled with the holidays means more kids getting Mommy's money to buy cheats. Then trying to appeal. Which increases the amount of appeal tickets that are in the queue. And we handle them in the order they are received.

While I understand that it is distressing that it is taking a while to come to a conclusion. It is done for the overall best of the server. Most suspicious account bans end up being valid.
