You can while the other teammate doesn't join ur group anymore, he has to be deauth on all TC's and doors, get his bag out too, but to your question, nope, you can't get another teammate while he is offline, only if he doesn't join anymore your group on that wipe, or i think it was if he doesn't join the same wipe until next one, not really sure about that one

What is allowed?
Switching teammates on the condition that:,
The player is already offline and is not coming back for the wipe.
You change all codes and remove any authorizations that the player that left may have in your base.
Giving your base away, same conditions as above.,
Fair trades via vending machines, with trade windows or in safe zones.,
Being friendly, if no PVP of any kind is initiated nearby (Once PVP is initiated by someone you must KOS and can't take sides!)

EasyAntiCheat has Kernel Access to his computer which means it can see every file, driver and running programs. If it detects something that shouldnt be interacting with the game you get banned.

Hello, the person that the whole server called a cheater and the person who had at least 30 tickets sent about him can still play on the server and the trio is dominating the server all by itself. Not just one place in particular, but the whole place and the guy has 800 hours and an extra 30 hours of UKN 🙂 but for some reason no sanctions are applied.
