we have some autobans but that also means sometimes people get banned for something they shouldn't have or if a person has 5 days left on their ban and they really want to play they might get a 2nd chance

No, it was an unintended consequence of the Jungle Biome. Jungle Biome allows FLowers/ berries to spawn. However, berry/ flower spawns are static per server. So the Jungle Biome took most of the spawns due to the size.

Just from my perspective (not that it matters), I was only given a tiny amount of information. I guess I could have guessed there was more too it than that.

My main point I was trying to get at is the admins need to make 100% certain that the reported player is cheating before issuing a Ban. If the reported player is just door camping, it doesn't give the admins much, unfortunately.
