ahhh okay. this has something to do with your DNS server, it’s failing to grab a connection while you’re trying to load into a server. could be a network issue on your end. try resetting your internet connection then if that doesn’t work i would full reset my computer as well. if that’s the only issue it’s prompting when it kicks u out, it doesn’t seem like you’ve been banned or anything like that being it isn’t prompting you a message stating you’ve been banned

if this didn’t fix the issue. we can try making sure you have the proper DNS server set up through your internet provider

One easy temporary solution would be to get some moderators in on the ban appeal team and get through those tickets a lot faster? There's clearly a lot of staff around that can deal with this type of thing that either don't or are not allowed to.

You'd have many more active players, possibly willing to pay for vip etc(Like I was going to but after this experience I think I'll pass)

Not trying to sound like a prick but I've just read through some of the suggestions and one stood out massively. Someone was saying suggestions get ignored. I see replies from moderators etc but not from anyone who can actually do anything about it.

It seems like this is a problem for a lot of people and it just gets ignored. The person that made the post has over 500hrs on the server and his friend waited months for a reply to his unban ticket and still nothing.

It seems like a lot of "I can't do anything about it just wait for someone who can" goes on here and its unfortunate because they are very popular servers that are quite fun to play.

Regarding suggestions, the admins check them and some of them are actually interesting and sometimes implemented, but it's hard to check literally every suggestion and regarding these ban appeals, remember that he's not the only one and a lot of people get bans every day and they try to appeal them.

I know 100%, I'm awaiting a reply to my appeal. I got a single reply then it went dead and no one got back to me. It makes me want to apply for a position where I can deal with the appeals and fly through them. Show them how easy it would be to get them all gone so theres not a month build up. But, I can't apply because I already have a ticket open and by the sounds of it I will be waiting a while for a reply so no time soon will I be able to apply for it.

It makes sense to me to have a few dedicated people solely focused on just ban appeals if there is really that many. Then you would have hundreds and hundreds of more people that can play the server to earn them more money.

Hey Sparky, we've openly said to everyone that our Ban Appeal team for now, is small, expansion to that team are being worked on but training new people for it, takes time, since it's not a team just anyone with no experience can get to. That's why the tickets take time, each ticket takes time to get looked at since it's not a simple 30min. thing.

I do understand the frustration, since a month is a long time but we're doing all we can, to ensure faster ticket completions in the future, that means, training new staff and dealing with Ban Appeals one by one, every single day.

And "put more people onto this "Small team" of people looking at the appeals" is exactly what we're working towards but it takes time to teach them all the ways of dealing with the intricate ways of Ban Appeals, since it's still not a simple process of "unban" or "ban".

I'm not too sure about that, because we have alot of servers that wipes every single day, we have our Trio 2x #3, there is 850 players on and 18 people connecting rn, that could be a good option. Its probably a bit of a bigger map

Its hard to tell, i feel like every day there is new servers with alot of population, u could go for the Duo 2x #4 too, its a weekly server that wiped 5 hours ago with 650 people on, or u could go for the server i said Trio 2x #3 with 840 people on (it wiped only 3h ago) so its deff playable, and then u know for sure its a server that doesent die fully the next day

I'll share my opinion here as well 👀 , I think quad servers do pretty well with holding the pop. So EU Solo/Duo/Trio/Quad 2x (#2, #3 any of those)

The map is quite small everytime i see, if u go in #⏰┃wipe-feed , and press ctrl+f to search only in there, and search for the server then u can see the maps for all previous wipes, and it looks like its just a server with small maps.

some of our duo servers does have bigger maps for sure, because i am usually playing on the 2x servers - i like the bigger maps personally
