That said, spamming or repeatedly posting about the same issue won’t speed up the process. The best thing you can do is make sure your appeal includes all relevant details and wait for it to be reviewed.

Deep Sea was disabled due to causing performance issues for a lot of players. It's not something that can just be "fixed" on our end, it's tied to the game itself.

Telling people to "optimize their PC" isn't really a solution when the issue affects multiple players. The goal is to keep the servers stable for everyone.

When anti-cheat flags you as a sus account admins have to go through each and every account you've used or might have used if they are banned for smthn else etc.. It naturally takes time. Also, it's a queue system. When you make a ticket you get a queue number and when it's your turn thats when admins check the appeal.

I'm honestly, really sorry you're going through this. I know how frustrating this might be and how badly people want to play on the server but you just have to wait, there's no shortcuts here.
