Normally is for low hours and sus behavior, so because you said that is most lickley duo to the low hours in rust, just make a ticket and be patience about it, I know sometimes it takes a bit but is better that try to find other ways to get on it.

that is not correct we do everything in our power to ban anyone who cheats, at times the process may take longer as there is alot of work that needs to be done to make sure we have 100percent evidence. this may not be a suffice answer and we understand you frustration it is warranted. we ask for your patience as we work on this.

If they investigated further, we'd have results. They do have options to directly view the player's screen, but it takes time. Ultimately, they issue more VAC bans to people playing on their own server than they publish bans. It's a shame. But their servers are only lasting 12 hours before a wipe, give or take, for this reason. And I've been playing on their servers for a while, and on all of them... It's frustrating that so many people are living in 1x1s with tier 3 AKs, etc. If they dedicate themselves to raiding the homes of people with weird names, Chinese names, private profiles, profiles with VAC bans in other games, etc., they'll make more profit than doing anything else. They really should seriously look into this huge problem they have. Good night.

Another thing they should add is a script to limit team selection, because on many servers it's mostly duos, for example, because they can be invited to teams. These are details that could also be improved.

Just to explain, ban appeals can take a bit of time to review properly. Accounts are automatically flagged by our system when certain suspicious activity is detected, and this can happen for a number of different reasons.

Each appeal is looked at manually by our team to make sure we review everything fairly and thoroughly. Because of that, it’s not always instant.
