Absolutely. If you put the ticket in already it is very possible that an admin is already on it. Just try to continue playing, don't call attention to them, and we will handle it ASAP.

As a moderator I do not have access to those tickets or tools. But I assure you that admins are working through whatever queue of tickets there are To remove all cheaters as fast as possible 🙂

Assuming it was. This is an automatic process made by the anti-cheat. It doesn't mean you were cheating, it flags weird things and anomalies.

I hate it for you but the only choice you both have at the moment is to file a ban appeal on #❓┃submit-a-ticket and wait for the process.

Only certain admins can handle ban appeals so it will take some time and you won't hear from them until they have a verdict for you, or they need more information from you.

Please be patient as our admins work through the queue.

The main time consuming factor is that each ticket requires proper investigation.

All tickets are handled in the order in which they are received and for ban appeal tickets, you will not receive a response from an admin until a decision has been made or they need more information from you, and this process can not be sped up.

I don't think this will solve the problem, since the RUST is even more interesting because there is a resource deficit and not a surplus.
