While I do not have access to the ban appeal tickets. I will say that they are handled in the order in which they are received. A lot of people cheat on this game, and some people also get banned unfairly. Thats the purpose of the appeal. But each individual ticket requires time and investigation and that does take time. And we don't assume innocence or guilt, so we don't skip the queue.

I understand that it is distressing, but please remain patient while our team gets to the tickets.

If you think that admin abuse is in fact being used, please open a support ticket after your Appeal ticket has been closed and let us know. We take admin abuse very seriously and it will be looked into by the owners.

However for the moment we have to go with the process and hope that it is resolved in a timely manner and you can get back to playing.
