It's regular routine to wait in a queue, which is happening now. We don't give out bans without a reason. If your appeal was rejected - there is a reason for that. If it hasn't been checked yet - there also is a reason for that. The appeal team isn't large anyway, and may be busy, and trust me - there are a lot of appeals to handle. So we will take our time, even if it means you waiting longer. We value quality over speed, so if you want the fairest and the most justified result on your appeal you will have to be patient and wait.

The lack of accountability in the aspect of certain types of players. There has been a notable increase. After 6 hours all major monuments/player events are constantly countered or controlled by the same gaming chairs.

Yet after giving 6 hours of my life to a wipe that was looking promising. I have nothing to show for it but a message saying "He was banned" with no recoup of the time lost nor the resources.

It is just not logical the approach that is being taken to combat the gaming chair situation. Allowing level 0 accounts just to give off a boosted pop count is so horrible for the gameplay. I would rather play on a 300 pop server in which sus accounts are not allowed than get gaming chair'd on OIL 3 times like I did last night.

I told the admin I had footage. He didn't respond and ban the guy until an hour after I quit the server.

Almost two hours from the time he gaming chair'd me.

Nor did he even tell me he could return my items upon receiving the footage.

The Admin that handled your Ticket is still pretty new. Ill talk to him about it and tell him that we do that and he should ask if there is a clip of that.
But you couldve opened a Ticket in the "Other" Category and asked about your Loot. Im sure someone wouldve found the time to give you back that stuff

I started off the ticket with "I have a clip of it". Also what good does it do giving me my loot back two hours after it happened when the guy literally took two hours of my time and essentially killed the wipe for us?

That's just not conducive to the player experience. The grind is already frustrating enough due to the nature of the game. But think, in what realm would any player remain on the server 1-2 hours after reporting and clipping someone very obviously gaming chairing if they know that person is just going to keep them stuck progression wise.
