I created a ticket about an hour ago, but nothing has happened since. Our clan has around 11k total hours, and some fresh accounts with only 50 hours are killing us using ESP. We kept doing PvP for 2–3 hours so that the admins could watch and see the evidence, but nobody came to observe, and our first ticket was closed. This isn’t our first time playing on this server, and we’ve always been very satisfied with the admins’ responsiveness — they used to come and spectate us right after we opened a ticket and issue instant bans. But today, nothing seems to be working as it should.
