If you'd like to have skins that pop on when you pick up an item, go into the "loadout" section and add those items there. You can then save the loadout, if you click "apply to inventory" or drop and pick up any items within your loadout, they'll come back in with the skin you saved there. Please note that the loadouts are per-server, so if you play a lot of different wipes you'll have to do it a few times.
