Update On Incident Germany We are very sorry we believed this issue had been resolved. The issue with the DC core routers used to provide our racks with networking is still not resolved. We are extremely angry and disappointed in this and as it stands are waiting on the techs there to resolve it to restore networking to our space and routers.
We've been told they are currently rebuilding the routing and to expect networking to return in 60 minutes.

This was caused by a defective routing engine on the Juniper core router within our DC. The defective unit was switched off and replaced and networking dropped to another.
