On trio 2x there are no npcs in the tunnels intentionally, because there are 250-300 npcs usually which are very bad in terms of performance.

The pop on trio 2x is well distributed and the map is quite big, so it may not be that hard to get started on that server.

But you could also try Duo 2x (wipes in 30 min) or Quad 2x (wipes in 1.5 hours)

There aren't many explosives in it, one can probably not raid any base with it, however I think you are right that such kits shouldn't be on the server.
We will think reconsider it tomorrow with @raven breach. Noone has that kit yet and I disabled it in the store for now.
