It’s annoying when it happens since the people that don’t participate and still win somehow make other people lose a chance on hitting a milestone or getting the needed amount of Hexacoins they want or need to get.

Are you saying that only people who press the 🤞 to get notified of the start should be able to participate? That's not the purpose of that reaction, it servers as a reminder to you that the game started
