As a generalization of that idea, I'd like it if we could write a "target position" to a tracker tablet, and have it point to those coords. (Which could be read from Aimee - but I could think of other uses too.)

Yeah, we already have the coordinates and can read that from logic, so why not able to track it? Perhaps a beacon module as an upgrade that will use a tiny bit more power when on?
However, first we need it fixed so it's not magically teleporting to other places.

I was just watching a YT video of someone playing with the Aimee and it did show up on his GPS tracker. Pretty he's not using any mods, so maybe try this again. It might have gotten put in at the same time as the tracking in the Lander Mk II.
