lvl, gold, stats has been reset to 0

Hi,
after installing mordhau after few months I have noticed my lvl, gold, stats has been reset to 0 (loadouts are file).
I have tried to reinstall, hard reset and restart the game few times. I use epic games.

Did you previously play on Steam and switch over to the Epic Games client version of the game?

no, but I often change epic games accounts, but play/own mordhau only on one account

I asked that question because a different platform like steam version or epic version usually nets you a new PlayFab ID which is what ties your levels and gold and stuff. If you have only ever played on the one Epic account and now the gold/exp and such are all missing I dunno what could be causing that. You may need to drop us your PlayFabID so that one of the devs can look into it but I dunno if that is getting too far ahead of myself

This is a fresh account. Created on February 4th. Did you use a different Steam/Epic account in the past?

I regularly switch between two steam accounts and two epic games accounts, but only one epic games account have mordhau purchased

I have played once on friends accout, I have relogged a few times my accout and now its fine
