yo i need help, i bought this new dlc, restarted my pc and redownloaded mordhau but still those items are locked, can anybody help please?

Right click on Mordhau -> Properties -> DLC and check if they show up there

If I remember correctly, you have to contact the steam support. The Triternion devs can't do much about that
