Reset the 10x recycling rates back to how they was, originally it was 150 road signs for a mini and now it’s 300 road signs for a mini also maybe make the minicopter supply signals have 500 fuel instead of 100

also on the 10x maybe a sam site limit, kind of sucks when your flying over a base and the sams don’t render in until you see a barrage of anti aircraft missiles coming your way 🙂

also maybe add a block to tping out while getting raided in bucket caves, i was raiding some guy like 5 wipes ago and he had turrets covering the bucket, while in raid block he was running to the edge of the bucket part of the cave and was just tping his loot out while we were booming, also sometimes you can tp out of your cave while in raid block without this method but i haven’t found out how to do it. ty xoxoxoxoxoox 😄

For the love of God, disable custom skins on items you find on the road and in the monuments. It really messes up the looting process, as you're not sure which item is before you, until you click item (e.g., Salvaged Sword, Combat Knife or Longsword, as they have similar skins).

That's a bug with teleportation most likely. It's common on modded servers, those people are there for you (Client side) however server side they've moved. Re-logging will fix that

Theres a BIG glitch you can do its very good for getting comps and early guns in any rustoria server. Also for finding dead bodies and loot in the bottom of the ocean

To do the glicth you need to bind water quality to 0 and have a key to spam it and bind water quality to 2 and you can spam that and you can see under water

Raid block needs adjusting on EU 3x as people just teleport out with loot or trade it to a team mate when they hear the first rocket or c4. From what I can tell it only activates when something is destroyed so maybe change it so that when a certain amount of damage is done then it activates.

We don't issue false bans, our admins are trained to the highest standards and they know what to look out for. If they've issued a ban there's a 99.99% possibility of it being correct. I don't say 100% as any human makes mistakes time to time, but in the event of such mistake they're rectified quickly. If the evidence is vague from your perspective, that's because we have to keep it as vague as possible. Imagine if we told everyone the exact thing we caught about them? You'd have people evading, or learning from their mistakes better to avoid any future bans we issue when they come back on new accounts.

The fact that there was no EAC or VAC ban just simply means your admins think that their eyes are better than EAC or VAC and the fact that I know 100% I was not hacking. There is no evidence, and unless you can personally tell me what me or my teammates were doing then it's a completely opinionated ban. You can say they're trained and all this but what just happened then? I got falsely banned just as I've said this whole time. I've had this account for prob over 5+ years and have logged 4k hours across my games and have never hacked in my life. I honestly would stop talking if you can prove that I was hacking which I was not. Regardless of what it seems like, you have a real admin with a real EAC/VAC ban on their account and you want me to believe they're doing their due diligence as a real professional game admin, false. Server admins almost always act quicker than EAC or VAC, this is the whole purpose of why Rust Admins are even a thing. We need to be around and as active as possible to remove cheaters and foul play as quickly as possible so our players do not get effected by the results.

All server admins bans are "opinionated" - but it's what goes into the opinions which is the difference here. Personally I have over 6 years of admin experience, and I oversee staff managers with over 3 years of experience themselves. The experience from the top gets implemented into our training procedures to guide our admins to come to correct "opinions" based on facts and evidence. Internally, we see this evidence and can see the in depth reason for each ban. But for reasons mentioned previously, we cannot disclose this to players like yourselves.

In the end of the day we'd not be in the position we are in if we issued false bans like what you're implying. It's not within our interests to even do such a thing, it's in our interest to ban people who are legitimately breaking our rules because it effects the experience of our players.

We are not your random server with 100 pop, we're a large server network and like all if not most large server networks out there - they conduct themselves professionally at all times and avoid "admin abuse" and "false bans" at all costs. As this behavior damages reputation and community trust. I'd like to think a lot of the Rust player trust our decisions, it's a shame you do not in this circumstance. All that I have to say is really open your eyes here into the way we conduct ourselves and ask yourself if we'd even once consider false banning.

Hi. Im playing on rustoria servers for a while now. US long EU long. And Im always getting VIP for that. But Im SO disapointed this time. Im playing on US Long where my ping is 20-30. Im happy about that. But each time, Im getting to close combat Im getting teleportation lag. I cant get close to other players, its imposible. I just died twice in a row with all my equimpment cause of Projectaile invalids and trajectile start and end. Even DB shots directly on the target can show trajectile loss. Its like that since I started this wipe week and its not stopping. As I said this problem came out recently. I wouldnt buy VIP if i would know it will happen. Im blocked from any PVP cause of that.

Three suggestions for Zeus x5 EU:

1. Remove skins from road loot, it's just distracting and annoying, adding to the fact that skins are using extra memory when they load up.

2. Improve underwater loot. Not underwater labs, but the loot that is located around sunken ships. Right now going after it makes literally no sense. It does not look like a x5 loot, as road loot is significantly better and easier/faster to farm.

3. Improve fishing loot. It's better than vanilla, but still does not look like x5 loot to me.

my english sucks and I dont know how to explain it in detail, but it seems like if you place a new Auto-Turret (or any other electrical device), turn it on and make everyone in the area move away so everyone have to render the area again, then it seems to work.
I am not 100% sure about this but maybe it helps you to find a solution

Yes, some electricity entities seem to work but not all. The "fix" from yesterday is still in place but well, not that good of a fix :p

I cloned the server locally and tried a few things to fix the issue but haven't found a solution. At the end it comes down to the insane amount of IO entities on the server (pumps, turrets, etc)

It really depends, i would say our long server attracts a lot more clans / tryhards. The server is currently sitting at roughly 410k entities while Facepunch's most popular monthly server is at 328k entities. They are aware of the issue & are hopefully looking into it.

Its not an issue for probably 99% of the current servers so priority could be low.

Hey Pale, skins being on items was a recent change done as a little qol thing. If it's reported by numerous people to not be enjoyed I'm sure we could remove that. Just to make the looting a little more interesting than the same objects was the intent there.

The underwater loot is modified to my knowledge at least on those servers and should be rewarding enough for the effort especially the large boxes apposed to the small boxes. It is on my list to do those tables once more however not at the current time.

Fishing loot isn't something we've done much towards since the update so that'd be something I'd have to look at sometime soon

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!

I think it be a good idea to implement some new rules to Zergs. Like pvp is getting destroyed because zergs take over and entire monument by walling it in. Or, building next to safe zones and adding turrets to kill you on the way in. They send a naked down and collect. Rust adds to the game for more pvp but because you have farmers with billion man teams they can lock down an entire monument. Maybe at some point their should be a limit to a zerg pop. Like 10 men is cool but 50 is like damn they are a quarter of the server. Just an idea. For example on us long. They have taken over 3 monuments building walls surrounding them just outside the building zones so you can’t even get into a pvp battle without being roof camped f the Zerg blocking the monument. Dome is unusable, small oil has same because you have ten guys with bolt actions etc. I just feel servers are turning into Zerg based servers because they have no limits.

Please bring back naked beach on Rustoria US 3x. For one its the most challenging spot and funnest spot to build on. I understand the cons of naked beach however, that they don't like big roof camping clan on naked beach. But i will say once they do make it out its usually easier to find a spot to base because building is dense at first and then thins out. Putting everyone in the same place at the start off wipe is nice too, i miss being chased by three guys with rocks screaming slurs as i scamper away. Naked beach was a place i called home, and now i have no home, please help the otters, we are endangered as a species. It allowed so much player interaction right of spawn, and what else could a naked want but player interaction or a chance to grub. It gave the server a chance to decide whether or not you wanted to build around 100 people, or off in the woods miles from anyone. To those who got shot on naked beach and didn't like it. After some months I still see that some few things haven't been fixed on the EU 3x NO BPs max 6, so I just wonder why or if there have been some problems trying to fix it.

The first thing was about the wipe schedule being confusing for many players since /schedule and the discord channel #oldserverinfo does say monday and friday wipe, but many people just looks at the description of the server before joining and nothing else, so they get into thinking that the server wipes every friday, since it still says "Friday Map Wipes"

The second thing was that when typing /help you will see a list of commands. One of the commands listed is /decay.
When you type /decay, it will tell you that the command doesn't exist, so why have a non-existing listed command in /help.

I have two suggestions for the 5x Rustoria Zues that I believe could make the server have more appeal for players especially after the decline of players I've witnessed in these past couple of months.

1. Make the map a larger size. With the amount of resources one could get it is very easy for the map to become a shithole where every corner you go there is a base, it also makes some areas really laggy/choppy.

2. Night time. It is a huge part of rust game experience and I think if you shorten the night time but still have it on the server could make things more interesting for players without being too annoying.

The map size is perfectly fine. I don't have these lag or choppy problems maybe you need to get a better pc. As a solo player who plays every wipe I say leave the map the way it is unless u wanna make something custom

Although I do agree, a lot of the fps problems do come from the computer, I have to say that it is not the only reason why the map should be larger. A lot of areas on the map are very dense . Also the pvp is very clustered since a lot of people live next to each other, a fight can just become a big fiesta which to a certain extent is part of rust gameplay but not to this level. This is just my two cents on this matter.

So i have an idea for a server and dont know where to start i wana do a competitive server for clans and small groups. The game would be base invaders (like trust in rust im pretty sure rustoria hosted 👀) but you sign up online and one person buys a vip type thing for entry and fill game slots and keep adding when they get full and then only the ones entered can enter the server you could do random matches and entry valid for a week or two or do tournaments. I feel like the game needs a competitive side to it clans do this on a weekly basis on weekly servers but this can have a leaderboard and games can be 4-12hrs+ with times to build pvp and raid destroyed tc and ur out. If anyone can help me make this let me know i dont think its a one man job

Control Zerg limitations. It’s detouring away people of lesser allowing it to be a Zerg control. The ability to wall in a monument because you have a 30+ team is insane. There should be limits on teams. There is a team on us long that is 1/4th the server population and that monthly wall in monuments making it their farm lot. So people who have way less can’t even utilize the monument. This shouldn’t be a thing. I think there needs to be a cap when it comes to a Zerg. Making it a population rules all is pretty whack and the ability to enclose a monument is whack as well. They need to enlarge the maps to spread monuments, limit Zerg pop( why is there ten men rust limits when they have teams of 50?), and also need a rule to not enclose a wall around a monument leading into their massive empties because they have a mass amount of farm bots on their side.

Numbers should be capped and monuments should have limits. The game of survival isn’t let’s see how many people we can get on one team to out number and control. It’s funny the people defending it should be a thing or justifying it’s a vanilla server are the ones who are in a Zerg that’s 1/4 pop of the server. They can definitely set some guidelines/rules. A vanilla server is just a server with no mods.They can still set rules/limitations. Like a vanilla solo,duotrio, 6man does etc. They also have right to set boundaries. It’s not modding the server. It’s limiting the server and stripping it down more if anything. I seen in past vanilla servers with no metal, just teer one guns etc. They also choose the seeds for the maps. So having launch, sewer, water and power plant next to each other in an area makes the mass team life easy to hold an area and just straight stack. There are ways for sure to limit and place rules without modding the server keeping it vanilla.

It’s basically a way to make the server a modded sever without modding because your numbers rule not the player. So anyone on a team that’s a trio will not be able to play these servers due to a 30+ man easily wiping them. You can say go to a trio but then when you have a guest come one for a day you get tossed from the server etc. I can see up to a 16 and that’s pushing it but 30 players + come on. The teams become so toxic too. You get called toxic names and they run around like they are tough guys because you were duo rolled up on by 25. Of course your dead! There is nothing wrong with zergs but mass group zergs take the fun from the game. It’s a automation at that point. How do you find pride in it. “Yo homie that dude didn’t have a chance he got shot from all of us” lol. The month long server is to survive a month while building your base to be more and more rich with defense holding bps longer to have more Pvping without rebuilding bps weekly. Not to support a population rules all. I dunno man seems like the vibe of a true survival and skill In these vanilla servers has been lost. Things could easily change but people like the ease of being in a larger group making the game of Pvp survival a joke to people who actually play the game for what it is.

Picking different map seeds to spread monuments, limiting turret distance from a monument, massing walls around a monument, etc would definitely help though. On us long there is definitely multiple teams currently exceeding 16. Exceeding 30 even. They don’t just zerg combat to raid a larger group either they mass out on a smaller base as well. I have multiple bases around the map and I’m watching a mass group go do by sewer and wipe a trio. I guess they could make a new larger/longer server with same rules and limit the teams to the traditional 10. The one thing I could say about Rustoria over facepunch officials is Rustoria is pretty damn good with hackers. You still get them but they get eliminated fairly quick.

Possible to turn down spawn rate on main server? 2nd day with 500 people on the server it feels like there is 100 people online. Can literally control supermarket whole wipe and Get stacked because it spawns every 2 minutes. People dont roam monuments anymore because stuff spawns so fast. Lower spawnrate would mean more roaming to Get gear. Can pick 5 nodes and first one is respawned already. Why move more then 1 grid away from your base.

I agree with @lucid crest. Being the servers are consumed with zergs, rustoria should add a Vanilla server with 4-5 men max with no teaming or alliances. When you literally witness 1/3 of the server talking about teaming in outpost to raid a small duo and call them out on it:"Hey you think it's a little over kill to take your big group and pillage a duo? I think that's a little discouraging to the everyday rust player."(actual words i said) and the follow up is then join a zerg (words that will get me banned) then they all swarm you and troll you into a corner it becomes a joke. I have nothing against zergs but when the servers are becoming one team with a massive compound of bases and within those bases you have at least 5 guys shooting a bolty out of a tower 5 ft from the road before you enter and leave monuments its tiring. I think if rules and limits don't want to be implemented for zerg control and tyranny, then maybe throw up a server so the average players don't have to deal with it. I think limiting a team to 5 max with no teaming, strict rules like other trio severs etc could resolve the issue that many have. This way a Duo isn't getting pummeled by something they could never defend. That is just one of the many examples I have come across. Smaller teams need a solution and somewhere to go if huge teams want no limitations.

Ah i thought i saw it in the past but it was dead could be a modded or community i don't recall and am in game at the moment so cant check. I guess it would be official servers wouldn't be able to do a 5 man but community can both being vanilla until changes were made then making it modded? Thats what I'm getting out of it. Does rustoria have community servers?

Ok so a community server not a 2x 5x 10x+ etc. that is a quad/five man server. Most of the time I play as a duo or trio but we have friends that pop on and off who do not play rust as much . Just to keep it a bit more balanced for players like that because going up against zergs kinda takes the fun out of the game to be honest. I wouldn’t even want to play on a large team it is just way to chaotic. I did when I started playing the game and realized it just wasn’t for me.

Rustoria EU Main. Water Labs mostly in snow or spawn area or on completely lost ilands, fishing villages for diving sets are like 15 sqaurs away from lab or they are in spawn area only. I wish to have at least one normal lab that is not in spawn area or snow and a fishing village that isn't 15 squars off. The last two wipes it was a bad map in my opinion but the wipes before those I was happy with it 🙂

Make a multi server VIP for Vanilla servers. Similar to Rustafieds Europass and Moose's multi server VIP, which will allow committed Rustoria Players to safe a few dollars a month and be more flexible with wipe plans. In the past month I have bought VIP for 3 different Rustoria servers.

@grave turtle @frigid carbon @dreamy harness @willow sedge Hello guys, I've been playing on Zeus for many years now and I've seen the popularity decline a lot in the past months. I have a few suggestions for you to hopefully bring it back to its glory.

First thing is get rid of bandit camp and use the map when outpost/bandit are combined. This will make it a more central point of the map and people won't be as scattered.

Second suggestion is to get rid of the npc where you can sell the cloth for scrap and the 40mm shotgun shells that you recycle for the gunpowder. This is to OP and only those who know about it profit from it.

Third suggest is you need to get the leaderboard working properly again, if you can't get the site to work as it should just put a plugin in, that is used by many servers.

And the final and maybe the most important. Remove the reduced sleeping bag timer on VIP kits. I've heard countless people avoiding Zeus just cause of this and it's too much pay to win. Keep everything else in the VIP kit but the reduced sleeping bag / bed is just to OP.
