Also make a new feedbacks Channel cause I feel this one is insufficient. I feel if people make some suggestions while admins aren’t active then they kinda just don’t get looked at. In my observation only recent suggestions get noticed. No hate to the admins for it cause I understand you don’t have time to look at them all but I think some kid of suggestion think like how the ticket channel was might be more efficient.

in the absence of a very good anti cheat, you have to use the tools you have. VAC is the one we currently have that spans across multiple games. No, it doesn't necessarily mean you cheat in Rust. However, the shared anti cheat system should have a shared repercussion system

Part of me just doesn't understand the sympathy and flexibility for cheaters. I understand the argument if you got banned in another game 2 years ago, it should have less impact on you in Rust...so 6 months or 1 year time limit. But you're still a god damn cheater. All of the feedback we are suggesting would literally only impact people who have been caught cheating. cheating is a character flaw. it's someone who is not good. who desperately wants to be good. so they cheat. it has no impact on anyone else.

Regarding people getting muted for saying first 4 letters of Pakistan; Far more than 50% of players have absolute no idea that this is even considered a racial slur or anything at all and just get baited into saying it (including me) without having zero intent of being racist or anything like it. Perhaps some work could be done of how that system works because you see soo many people getting muted for saying it daily and I can tell you that they all say they had no idea it's racial slur and have no intentions to be racist at all; I would understand if you got unmuted for saying it accidentally but that doesn't even happen and the mute stays no matter what.

Everyone that is not aware of it being a racial slur is warned with their first mute and wil be aware of it afterwards.
For us would it be hard and also include alot of time to figure out if those people were aware of it being a racial slur or not. Therefore do we mute for any usage of it.
Everybody could be saying they don't know such a slur.
It also helps to not say something you do not the meaning of...
Finally: not knowing a word does not protect you from the consequences

Will you guys ever consider making a modded server that wipes every week or 2 weeks, maybe a 2x or 3x? People like me, (which makes up a large amount of casual rust players) can't play everyday all day for the 3-4 days in between wipes because of school and work. Let me know because I love your servers, systems, kits, and the way you run them, but me, and many others simply don't have time for biweekly wipes. I think a lot of people would play a weekly or biweekly wipe server because I don't know any casual players (I know 22) that have time for biweekly, and Rustoria would be able to build a fun, casual community on that server.

Our 3x Eu Rustoria server started getting a lowpop after 4/5 days. Same as other servers. So we decided to give those a 2nd wipe per week. I believe what is my opinion that it will be getting boring to play a modded server 10 days into wipe or longer. If you do not have the time to play daily. Hop onto one our 5x servers. At example the Zeus ones. These require most important bps but also have a few enabled. Means you will have to grind stuff, research those and then start roaming. It’s not that fast paced like a 10x and also not that slow as a 2/3 x

Opinion of my clan mates and I for US Trio 5x: Lower cost of auto turret slightly at outpost. 3k is way to high for how aggressive people are on the server. They aren't hard to kill either. I do agree that maybe 1.5k is too cheap. I would say make it 2K or 2.25K and meet in the middle. If the people setting the server direction are set on making them more expensive then I would say at most 2.5K, but that's still up there. We couldn't get turrets up until end of last weekend weekend wipe (about the Monday before Tues wipe). Thanks for reading. 🙂

Hi Fluffy. I was the one that had changed the price as a sort of "Test" period to gauge the feedback really if anything. We wanted to try and decrease the amount of them that we were noticing overall without obviously implementing any restrictions to how many you can place. Obviously with this server being a nobps server the need for scrap is extremely low so the amount of things you can purchase with it are extremely limited and turrets are one of the most commonly bought things so are in an abundance I had found. I did do a few tweaks to how common they were elsewhere as well. However we do value feedback greatly at Rustoria, so I'll take this on board and maybe there will be a decrease by the forced wipe on Thursday 🙂

The vip/kits reduces your bag time and makes it very pay to win and overpowered during a raid defense. If your base has a raid block it should be set to normal bag times to balance it.

I don't know how much of this has been discussed but I've heard that Helis cars and similar despawn on restart because of bugged/glitched vehicles. I have to say that soo far, I haven't seen a single vehicle suffering from the issues mentioned above and even if they do get glitched, they'll despawn naturally via game decay anyway, which is quite fast too. I would suggest to make them not despawn on restart, or at least not despawn the ones that are in building privilege; this would be a great change because a lot of people don't like them despawning and it's really annoying when you buy one yourself just for it to despawn some time later; same would even go with cars and people who make RP garages; all the work you put in collecting cars goes away on server restart; if this cannot be added on 5/10x it would be a good idea to at least add it to other servers, where scrap is a bit more difficult to obtain (3x and similar)

I suggest Rustoria Newbie servers, 2x, 5x and 10x. Max hrs 800, with raid events to pratice raiding and PvP. Maybe new staff positions as Mentor/Trainer. Wipes on 2x every 2 weeks. 5x has bps 10x don't.
Also Player size cap to 250.
Loot same as all other Modded ones except 2x.
Maybe a Guide command /guide which shows the most useful Info on every basic knowledge.

When Raiding/Defending raids on the 5x server, its awfully difficult to defend a raid or do an online raid when Donators have 40 second second bag timers. Maybe while during raid block it prevents the Donators to have 40 second timers, and instead have the full duration of the bag time.

@austere axle Very true, many people come and play on these server for off wipes, so they are used to the traditional bag time. I've noticed that theres hardly any online raids anymore on the 5x and I think an issue could be that its the bag timers. Because the traditional timer is 5 Minutes (300 seconds) and Donators have a 40 Second timer which is a significant amount of difference.

Although Donators do pay money for their extra kits, adding a few more seconds to a bag timer for Donators during a raid would not affect Donators by much, but also give the non-Donators a more fair fight.

Forcewipe is nothing we can change. The name pretty much explains it. Our servers are forced to wipe because of the facepunch update. 3pm sounds pretty fine to me and around that time most of the vanilla servers in general wipe

I don't know how much of this has been discussed but I've heard that Helis cars and similar despawn on restart because of bugged/glitched vehicles. I have to say that soo far, I haven't seen a single vehicle suffering from the issues mentioned above and even if they do get glitched, they'll despawn naturally via game decay anyway, which is quite fast too. I would suggest to make them not despawn on restart, or at least not despawn the ones that are in building privilege; this would be a great change because a lot of people don't like them despawning and it's really annoying when you buy one yourself just for it to despawn some time later; same would even go with cars and people who make RP garages; all the work you put in collecting cars goes away on server restart; if this cannot be added on 5/10x it would be a good idea to at least add it to other servers, where scrap is a bit more difficult to obtain (3x and similar)

Ive been playing 5x no bp US 8 Team for about 100 hours now almost half of my current rust hours, I think every pvp based server has a dominant team. On this server its wihtout a doubt Melon and the OK clan somtimes refered to as Senpai clan. This is without a doubt and active group of 8 or more. One of there players has admitted to me that he has 3 differet accounts all of every kit you guys offer. Every wipe they build a 4 click wide base that makes your game lag. Aside from that they roam at 3am with 8 deep and just tc wipe and /remove everything down to literally nothing but stashs. I get it its part of the game thats rust. However with advantage on start of wipe with 3 accounts worth of building materials and kits it makes it almost impossible to play the server when evey time you log off your base is gone and every thing is complety gone not a spec of anything left. Me persoanlly i dont care because its 5x and i have decent enough skills to have fun killing them when they arent Zerging from the top of there 4 click compound, but as far as playiblity goes for anyone else i feel horrible. The community could be at 350 pop all the time if these guys didnt go around tc wiping people at 3am 8 deep. If i was new i wouldnt wanna play either if all my loot gets stolen at night by buy a clan with 1000 rockets.

Ever since they released the weather update Rustoria Main servers have used this weather update on the server and I'm here to tell you it doesn't help the server a as a whole. The rain is so repetitive I've actually come up with a log so I know when its going to rain or be foggy, I tell you my friends it's not at random. The amount of time the server is raining is a solid 10 hrs out of a 24hr day which is very excessive. Some may say the rain adds to the ambiance , and yes I believe definitely it should be kept in the mix but its also doesn't come without its faults. Results of low frame drops and the ability to see through thick fog for many with low value monitors come with a disadvantage to many players. It also makes people more prone to camp and rat for loot which players already see enough of even during a sunny day. Long story short I think players deserve a lot more sunny days where they can feel active to want to get out and roam and run different monuments to see where the wipe will take them. Overall I think there needs to be a rain and fog reduction to enhance game play to it's fullest. Thank You

I mean, I think it would be a great idea. Since main does really well. One of the best populated servers on rust. 2x’s are very popular and rustoria has a good reputation of running good servers. Since 2x is a popular server type, I’d expect many to play on it. Not everyone wants to pay for vip on stevious and bloo print servers half the time they usually sell out of vip. Rustoria would be a good alternative for those players who want to play 2x on a great server but don’t want to wait hours in queue

In my genuine opinion they should shut down the 3x and make a 2x. You can watch player count through the week. It doesn’t stay up. You can sneak out 175 the first 3 days. I guess the kits people buy do benefit but a 2x would be interesting. It could go 2 ways and if it takes off yeah great but if it dies and you remove the 3x rustoria would get some hate. Obviously none of this would even happen until the ddos is completely dealt with.

Hey there TyGlizzy. The idea of the /s store is not to replace the way to play the game. It's there for a "Reward" and to help you if you "Need" an item fast. I do agree the prices are a little over the top at the moment and I do have plans to re-do the shops on all servers at some point. However as I said it's just there as a nice bonus not a way to replace gameplay

Adding a rule to prohibit scams from being advertised in chat, or at least punishing the group repeatedly spamming the chat over the course of multiple wipes with scams ranging from a fake hotel, to a trap shop, crafting BPs, and even "Setting up electricity".

It's discouraging player engagement in the chat, as anyone that calls out that they'd been swindled in the past by the group gets the group replying back calling them every vile, and vulgar name you could think of that still bypasses chat filters.

there is a glitch with the candle hat, i dragged 90 low grade fuel into the hat and 50 of that disappeared and 35 only went into the hat (it already had 5 in there) and that 50 vanished. i tried it again at 39 in the hat putting 2 more low grade fuel into it and that extra 1 passing the 40 mark disappeared.

we do our best my guy. sometimes it will take longer to be able to watch a suspected player because he went offline or people called him out in global chat and he turned off any software or slowed down his activities.
I can guarantee if you did an ingame /ticket paired with an F7 report our admins do the best they can do the fastest way. Based on everything i have seen in my time being here i can tell they are experienced and do an insane job.
I appreciate your feedback tho. Let me know if there is anything i can give you an answer on. now or in the future.

However one thing I do want to clarify that for staff applications you’re free to include which server however I don’t believe you’re limited to that server. Although it’s good and recommended but they mainly just look for good outstanding players that would like to help out the rustoria community! So given with that perhaps an update to the doc is needed with all servers listed but when you apply it’s mainly an application for rustoria as a whole rather than classifying for specific servers! It’s also a great way to meet people and have a great time. I’ve met many great kind people along the way of me being staff, so that being said if anyone is indeed interested I recommend applying!

The suggestion that I'm going to make is not really going to effect the servers but It is going to make it easier to use vending machines I guess. You guys have a lot of servers and I think you should make a list of suggested prices for items in the rust. (For example 1000 metal ore for 1 max health tea). I think you can open a pool for that too.

About the "no walling of loot"

I'd say yes, the plugin is smart and I totaly support that it's there. However, you should obv inform people about it. It's stupid when people join the server seeing the /remove plugin and deciding to wall there loot in to not get it back again bacause the server has a hidden plguin making it not possible to remove it again?

It's not a rule by any means that's why you don't see it mentioned - walling off loot isn't always an option on majority of servers. For our 3x it came down to players wanting a new system and thats what players wanted. It could be nice if it maybe stated it somewhere for convenience to players but it's a part of the server.

Can everyone please post this on rust(with using f7) as a bug ? I will give an example to explain the bug. Lets say you have a fuel tank ( which has full of drinkable water) and a small pump. When you connect the fuel tanks output to pumps input and the sprinklers water in to the pumps output you have 500 water output per second. In theory you should be able to feed 250 sprinklers but in real (That is the bug part) you can not connect more than 6 sprinklers with using passtrough(actually you can but you cant get water after 6).
