@celest swift You also have to remember Long wipes every month. having 300-350 pop that will have players constantly keep building / extending their bases (increases the entity count) can cause lag. We will have to see on launch day and from there we will work on improving the server and making as fun as possible to play.

Hello Admin I'm having an issue with electric on EU Main. Our batteries are receiving 125 power and still draining out. That should be 100% impossible as they can only put out 100 units or am I missing something. They are 80% efficient so that is with in the margins.

Make a sub-website for ban appeals/mute appeals. Make it so the website has a form to fill out, once the form is submitted with all proper details, make it go to a Discord server which Admin + can see. You can do this by taking the meta data of the form output and coding it into a Discord intergration that can be applied to the discord server. It would be very efficient and easier than everyone just typing there ban appeals in #support etc.

Dear Director, 
Due to increase of popularity, Rustoria servers/network is receiving a lot more intention. Mathmatics say up to 2,000 new players / day. This has increased the amount of hackers, rule breaks, cheaters and much more. With this being said there is only so many members of the Administration team, they are to deal with unban request, tickets in game and much more. Due to the amount of rule breakers, there needs to be a more established staff team in my opinion. I was thinking about adding another rank that is below Administrator that would deal with tickets as well, because during certain times, tickets take hours to be taken care, of. This could also be fixed by just making Chat Moderators to Moderators, and have them deal with chat and tickets and much more. After a theoretical study in the lab of Rustoria University, it was shown that established corporate businesses that invested into a Customer/Tech Support team functioned better throughout time. This is what Rustoria needs, a fully operational support team that will provide, technical & customer support, may this be a discord chat or a helpdesk website. By adding this, Rustoria will be much more organized, because currently it is a in a proper manor a "cluster fuck" in #support This will be very useful. I myself would love to see this to Rustoria so players have better support experiences and much more.

There's a small bug with the /outpost plugin command: it does 2 checks for being hostile, once when command is typed, again when about to teleport, so if you initiate the teleport while not hostile then the teleport is disallowed after becoming hostile, you have to type /tpc because the teleport plugin still thinks the tele is active

People told us we didnt even get raid attempted since there wasnt enough time to do it...we had our base up for the whole wipe only time there was a raid attempt was some random shooting rockets at our base from a rock.
Monday and thursday wipes make it so theres a 3 day wipe and a 4 day wipe. Its just short. Especially since theres offlines all the time and by the time you rebuild and get situated after an offline means theres only really a day or 2 left depending on when it wiped, server dies near end of wipe most it peaks to is about 30-50
It would be better for pvpers since you have more time and more people full kitted to fight with. Raids would be bigger and more enjoyable.

Its a 2 week wipe schedule right. Well the pop is going to have more slots open soon as ryan said he was getting a machine to be able to hold about 300, when the server is at its peak on bp wipe theres only about 3 days to do stuff. The server will have more pop overall once theres an increase to cap.

However we speak our honest opinion and from having many many hours on Zeus I just felt the need to say there’s probably no way the wipe schedule would change due to how fast paced the server is. It’s practically a no bps server 3 hours after wipe if you know how to properly play Zeus lol

The 5x Solo duo Trio is actually unplayable the lag is so bad, you cant fly a mini copter without it freezing for 20 secs, you cant pvp because people are gliding across the ground and tping back and forth, and every time you open a box or door it takes like 5 seconds for it to actually open.

Hey Luna. I was the one that dealt with your ban so I'll respond here I guess. I banned your team which had 5 members, 4 in the clan and the 5th being the unclanned member that you/your team constantly had in your base. You were then therefor allied with the clan next door which to my knowledge were a 3 man. Your friend/team-mate even admitted to knowing they were at least a duo. So lets add 5+2 and you get 7, the server you were playing on was a max of 6. Then lets put into the mix the other 2 players that were involved and constantly in the compound of the other team making them a maximum of 5 at given times. Your clan broke the rule and the person from your clan I spoke with understood that and I did mention to him I'll speak to the owner about having the /cinfo command being a more well known thing so players can check this in future to make it easier to avoid these situations. Hopefully that helped!
