Add a command to see when the next event is like /cargoship.
Fix so you can’t spawn on someone (very close to them) when teleporting to the roam.

Remove cooldown on /pref, if you misspell the kit you have to wait before trying to use the command again.

Like others have suggested recently, removing cooldown on /remove is not a bad suggestion. You can't remove other peoples bases now so not really an "op" aspect, just easier for base building to be able to quickly remove 😄

It is impossible to play on the BR server, the server disconnects you every 15 minutes, it was simply a terrible experience, it is impressive how an official server can have so many defects, the worst thing is that after it disconnects you you cannot enter again for about 5 more minutes, if I'm not mistaken, it only happens in certain countries, I would not recommend anyone to play a monthly wipe on this server.

There's a reason there's a cooldown on remove, as it's taxing on the server when used. So having no cooldown on it isn't going to happen I'm afraid

Refresh the Rustoria 2x Vanilla

I think a little bit more love should be given to the US rustoria 2x vanilla server. It’s kind of been the red headed step child of Rustoria for awhile.

There’s a market for good 2x’s as the only other popping one is Stevious which is not exactly a 2x, those that want slightly modded don’t really have many options.

What do I suggest?

• possibly taking a look into the host for the last couple months- a year as if started dieing it suffered severe lag spikes in certain regions (not related to the ongoing issues now)
• add back the ability to get aiming mods, that way mlrs are not pointless.
• possibly increase the time on events coming out. (Open to what the community may think) but cargo is out 24/7.
• advertise the server more, I’ve attempted a couple times to try and bring people back but it’s hard when it barely breaks 100 pop wipe day to get anyone to stay on.

How do we get people to join?

• fixing the issues addressed previously.
• creating possible incentives on bringing people back to start.
• overall creating more notice for the server, the EU 2x gets nearly 800 pop wipe-day so clearly people enjoy that kind of server.
  Overall bringing awareness of the server will help tremendously.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We do have terms for our VIP purchases that must be accepted before you complete any purchase if you would like to check them out. In regards to your feedback about the lack of notice on our website, I believe that most if not all of our time, energy, and attention is currently being focused towards finding and implementing solutions to the issue as well as preparing preventative measures as well. However, we have been very upfront about these issues (see #announcements message from Ryan, Director of Rustoria) and as always, VIP has and will remain entirely voluntary. Changes and updates to the website are something that could possibly take time and manpower away from the larger issue at hand which is of course the network issues. It is absolutely not our intention to bait players in any way, shape, or form.
As for the player population, I believe that the fact that it is a 5th week does also play a part in the lower pop at the moment. However, we do recognize that the player count has dropped, and we are trying our hardest to fix the network issues as soon as we can. It’s my personal hope that the issues will be resolved soon and that with our loyal player base, players will return to playing again on our servers in the coming weeks and hopefully have a better experience.
Finally, we empathize and understand player frustration during times of poor performance. However, we must still regulate the chat to keep it from getting toxic or from negatively affecting other players who were looking for support as well. I believe that all of our staff members would remain professional in handling all feedback and support, but if this is not the case, then please feel free to let us know.

Would love to have a plugin in place to track connected players after wipe. Was fast enough twice (US Long), but now missed it and 70 queue.
So after restart (even map resets, it still allows previously connected people to reconnect (5min?), similar to the rejoin timer that usually are implemented)

EU server performances have been quite good lately, but i'm noticing alot of fps spikes upon entities that spawn in.

this is not just on one server, it's like that on multiple.

i played on EU Vanilla yesterday and today i'm on EU Low pop

Wrong channel use #support and tickets get looked at in order the come in if it’s a appeal it’s 1 to 3 business days

Your support system is appalling. It feels like I’m talking to a robot, if we perhaps had real time conversations with support staff instead of waiting days for a half arsed ticket response which then the ticket gets shut off with no opportunity for response. It’s frustrating.

I appreciate the response! I understand it’s a 2 way thing and sometimes the player doesn’t respond and that leaves the staff team with a bunch of unopened tickets and it’s frustrating for you guys

I did refer to the previous ticket and wrote an explanation and my ticket just got a short response and shut off again which then forces me to make another

if you couldnt tell, the way it all is on the website and in game allows for the ease of use

But I can also understand the amount of tickets you get is absurd

but then we updated policy on it to remove it as it was cluttering everything with sometimes hundreds of unreplied tickets relying on players

if you're polite in your ticket and request it not to be closed and say you'll respond asap within the ticket, the admin may keep it open for you

but not guaranteed

if it was me and someone requested that though and said that, i'd keep it open and wait for example

but every admin is different and its up to their discretion

I think what frustrates me the most is the inability to respond instantly and have a conversation but instead it’s just having to go through the process again of making a new ticket and waiting

So now it’s kinda like meh I’m gonna get the same result so I’m just not going to bother attempting to make a new ticket with my explanations you feel

I mean we have this discord and some admins accept DMs for those kind of things, if its sensitive and needs further conversation though we rather just ask the player to join a voice channel to discuss it

via a ticket or another channel of communication with said player
