No one is ignoring you, simply replying. The ones you see being banned for cheating and having a russian or chinese or not always chinese or russian. Also vpns play a factor here and can cause a “hacking” message in chat. We are not planning on doing a regionblock afaik vote or not

We ban cheaters from every region on a daily basis. It is not fair to legitimate players to prevent them from playing just because of the country they are from. There would also be easy ways around this anyway, so implementing it would be pointless as well as unfair.

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

You want me to post our log files? There are 2 confirmed crashes that have been in the game for years. AI causing the server to crash and then a physx crash. Then there is currently a memory leak that’s being investigated and we have seen a few freezes even with AI disabled - and RustyMoose has seen those as well

I don’t think you guys understand that we talk with other server owners all the time.

The reason we are seeing more is we push a lot of pop on small maps - while it’s not directly the cause, it does contribute to it. AI agents are basically just frozen if no other players are nearby for performance but once players are in the vicinity they become active and roam the map and at that point they can cause the freezes. Having a lot of players on a small map means our AI agents are active almost the entire time.

Few suggestions for 10x, 1. Add the /Bradley command 2. When you do /shop make the mini copters from there spawn with 300 low grade instead of 100, 3. Change back to the old maps with more build spots I’ve got a picture of the old one if needed, 4. Add laptops and camera to kit god comps maybe like 10 each or something, 5. Instead of having salvage tools in kit tools maybe have a jackhammer mainly because spawn with them and if you have kit pvp those bag timers allow you to respawn quick with them, 6. Add GL smokes back if possible ik they got removed for performance or whatver 7. Also add shotguns shells last time I looked they wernt on there.. probaly a few more things I could think of @formal quiver

Why do rustoria tolerates cheaters ? On official servers half of people I report is banned. Here noone ever was banned.
And now I was afk for 1.5h and someone raided my base again - exactly from the side where tc was. I didn't put it at the same place as last time. And exactly from that side my base was raided. Someone can see through the walls where tc is. And I can't report him, because I wasn't there 😦

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
