sometimes you need to team up with other players to survive in the game. and since you will get banned if one of your teamates is cheating it is you cant team up with randoms becuse you cant know for 100 % that they are not cheating. However I realised know that my original message might been a bit missleading since you should be banned if you know your teamate is cheating but you continue to play with them.

I understand what you're saying, but we have no way of knowing how long you have or have not known someone inside and outside of the game. So in order to be consistent and fair, the rules for playing with a hacker are the same for everyone.

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

The problem with a 7 day ban is that it ruins you wipe. Also the fact that you have to be unbanned by the same person that banned you and that they might not answer in a long time sucks.

On medium US I've noticed that sometimes the map seeds have clumped up monuments like launch being two feet from arctic which kind of fucks up the servers longevity as when groups have less room to build up at the start its usually just the biggest groups 30-40+ early game raiding everyone the first two days

like the current seed sucked dick very bad, 1/4th of the map was vacant almost.

Do whatever is needed to re-enable AI on US Main. Animals is bad enough, but scientists fully turned off changes the game in really drastic ways. Completely free tunnels is absolutely broken, no sound at monuments or roads as player alerts, way less heals being used messing up the low grade/cloth economies.. I don't go oil but I'm assuming that was goofy as well. I understand server performance is vital but please try to find a way to fix.

This is not due to server performance, we have no issue handling the AI. The issue are the crashes caused by AI. They probably account for 70% of our server crashes currently.

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

However, you should be aware that there are times when not many admins are online, this can be for example right now. For example, I am from Germany, for me it is just 06:00 in the morning, other admins are of course still offline or already offline, because they live in the USA, for example. This makes it difficult to take efficient action against cheaters, because no one from our team is online.

To tackle this problem, we are of course consistently looking for admins from other countries, for example the SEA region, to cover this time. Another way is that you can also start with a small rank, for example the chat mod, and if the team suits you, you can work your way up to an admin. Now to another point: I have looked at your report once and can't see a single ticket that you have created on any point.
