dunno if I explained it to you already but here it is, when the nightvision was released, the night was introduced in a 5x I was admin on for a wipe, we lost half+ the pop because people prefered to leave eather to play with the night

only having the sun moving i nthe sky was already an issue, even a 1 minute night was an issue, what most wanted is sun at noon, and fixed to not get in the eyes when pvping

Kinda like Marc said but for Trio. I was a big fan of night and pushed for them to add it back in - tried it out and it wasn't a good fit actually. Just confused players who would come in, even with a shorter lighter night. Despite being initially a big fan of it, for the 5x servers it just doesn't work out well. Much better just have the fulltime day and all the action honestly. Doesn't hurt to occasionally visit the vanilla servers or the lesser modded ones to fuck around with fireworks and all that but yeah, meh, fulltime day for 5x+ for sure

I think this was already suggested a while ago. But for this I‘s recommend to directly suggest this to FACEPUNCH / Rust as they are the actual game developers. You can suggest such things via F7 ingame.

All clans are using smaller groups as farm, as long as your remain worth to raid they will raid you, where ever they come from

you would be surprised of the amount of NA playing on EU server for instance to get the same advantage

are they ? because from what I see the EU long has the 4th place and the US long 5th place in the ranking of BM (including all servers types) which means they do have the best pop overall in the last 7 days

but it's true that a lot of people are switching from server to server over the month, force being usualy reserved to force wipe, but on the other hand after a raid (online/offline/whateverline) a lot of people prefer to start over on a fresh server rather to rebuild on the same one and therefore move to the medium or main

Ive been playing rustoria US Long for 1 1/2 years now with VIP im just comparing the pop from the last year to these 2 months...its not even close now. Server dies within 6 days compared to other times well over 300 for 2 weeks easy

A majority of the community rather play a new wipe every week then the same server for a long time as well

There are other servers to play for longevity but I won’t name them cause it’s not rustoria

Hi Rustoria! I want to say thank you for adding more stats and categories to the leaderboards. I have been using these stats for a while and pulling them to my website to do what you guys are doing now with the clan system. I only have 1 suggestion if you can please add it since I see someone is actively working on it now. I want to track my Submarine Kills, "kills with torpedo to player" "kills with torpedo to other sub entity". I use submarines so much and blow up 5-15 subs every wipe which i mentally keep track of. I also kill a lot of players with the sub but it gets mixed up with my regular gun kills. If this can be separated it would be awesome. I appreciate the work done, thank you.

I added "Adjusted KDR" to my stats which is kills / (deaths - suicide)

because in rust you suicide to move around different bases and it shouldn't penalize you in kdr. some people suicide before being finished off in a gun battle so it can also fudge the stats

Im curious of why a region lock wouldnt happen, if anyone would tell me. My reasoning isn't even necessarily cheaters. There are SEA and EU servers already. The SEA and EU servers are practically empty at peak times. Plus it would create a more engaging and positive environment for both sides slowing down offline raiding and having more online raiding happen. Something fun instead of just plain old roaming pvp.

Even if this was the case, which it is not, putting a region block in place would cause FAR FAR more innocent people being blocked than cheaters.

This would prevent friends from across the world to play together.

And the whole region block could easily be avoided by turning on a VPN, so the block itself is an ineffective way to keep people from certain regions away (which is not something we are interested in).

also the players who plays both wipes on medium are the main players of it, they are those which participate the most to it

I have a recommendation for your server "Rustoria EU Small" as a long time player in this server for over a years,
I see how people find the server less enjoyable and overtime try to find other alternatives because big teams are ruinning the experience for the average players
who are 4 people in average.

The big teams got huge advantage over the smaller teams and that makes it unplayable and progress as a small team which should be fine in small server.

over 1 night at server wipe big teams raid so much small teams and that causes the server to always die completly out of small groups cause they just giveup and find no fun in trying.

I would even suggest on openning up a vote in my eyes the cap should be 6MAX in order that big groups could still play and small groups just denying the huge groups who just abuse the power.

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Also you are speaking about sales, but most people that need to buy the game are unaware of those updates therefore the impact on this side is almost null. on the stats side : keep in mind that 2 years ago rust max player at once was 100k, we are right now at 130k which is still better than the old ages, (with a spike at 160k when the recoil update was released)

I always have normal ping but as soon as i start flying a mini i rubber band and my ping jumps up like crazy

Feedback for ban I just got for playing with hacker. Have better detection for people who are not playing with hacker but just in team, so have better verification. After an extensive study of the Facepunch "Terms of Service", I have found a reason why Rustoria.co may want to change their rules regarding using macros in outpost and fishing bots. According to the TOS, cheating is defined as shown below in the picture I'm providing. Within this TOS, they specify "automation software". According to this, any sort of automation that isn't able to be done within the Rust client is considered "cheating". I feel like Rustoria.co not punishing those who take part in the "automation software" is a dishonor to Facepunch and their respected TOS.

In conclusion, Rustoria.co should change their rules regarding this that way it reflects the TOS of Facepunch. I especially believe this due to Rustoria.co's OFFICIAL server status that is only granted from Facepunch Services.

Hire more mods please. I am more than willing to donate my time but Im not sure I would be approved. Rust is going downhill because of constant cheaters, it would be nice to have a server were minimal cheating is occuring.

#staff-applications if you're interested in applying - just beware the road to an admin position normally is a bit, depending on prior experience and you can no longer play on Rustoria servers. The admins here are great though thankfully and always following on every ticket as quickly as possible, just always behind the scenes and it can be tough to see how much time and energy they're putting into it. Sucks that some people feel the need to cheat but it's nice that normally their time on the servers is limited. All you can do as a player is submit good reports when you suspect something (using the in-game "/ticket add (your report) , and F7 to report to EAC as well)) while also doing what you can to minimize your exposure to them until they're caught and removed. Hope it all works out and you have fun 🙂

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

It’s possible you called the cheater out in chat publicly which could make it harder for us to catch the potential cheater as they might have toggled since you called them out.

This may have resulted in you being muted to make you stop calling out potential hackers in chat.

i suggest rustoria looks into maybe an au server. rustafied has had server lag and disconnection issues for the past 3 months on all au servers consistantly. would be nice to have a server provider who i know doesn't run servers on a 2008 windows laptop and doesn't ban customers from their discord when you complain!!
