If you are referring to a vanilla server I do not believe that is something we would be changing but if it is a modded suggestion ensure to include the server name as stated by shorty to allow the server community to provide their feedback on the suggestion!

Add a new rule to vanilla servers that is in addition to the "do not wall off outpost!" rule. The rule will be for excessive turrets/SAM sites around outpost. Currently players get around the "do not wall off outpost!" rule by placing multiple SAM sites and turrets surrounding outpost. It is different if it is just your base but players intentionally try to troll others by doing this and is borderline breaking the "do not wall of outpost!" rule by making it potentially nearly inaccessible to players, sky or ground.

Low hours / VAC bans, does not equal cheating in Rust currently - however, if you come across someone, regardless of their hours / VAC status, who you believe is cheating - then you should make a ticket in game, as I can see that you have, not call that player out in any kind of public space, and wait for one of the admins dealing with in game issues to investigate and subsequently respond to your report. 🙂

Watching as ZEUS server is dying 1st day after 4 day wipe (and second day almost noone is playing), I have serious suggestion. Raiding cost of small clans and offline ppl should be higher. My idea would be: 1. The more ppl are online in a clan, the weaker are building blocks of their bases. A difference between 1 person and 6 ppl could be for example 30%. 2. If there is no one online, base strength of this clan could be 3 times of the normal building block strength. Those two point would strongly encourage people to do online raids and would create a nice balance between big clans and solo/duo players in terms of base raiding.

Fix Horsebases on Rustoria 2x so you have a Sell Limit, not that low like on Vanilla but we need a Sell Limit. The Horsebases on Rustoria 2x are out of control, noone is roaming anymore on the thursday wipes after 2 Days because they are busy recycling gunpowder or selling Dung for Metal Frags and HQM. Hey guys I have a suggestion that I'm sure the OVERHWLEMING majority of people will agree with.
I'm sick and fucking tired of seeing all these game banned andy's coming back to rust and acting all suss and shit.
It's only so often you think "wow that was suss as fuck" and u check their profile only to realise they have game bans and/or vac bans.

Whether they are cheating or not, someone who has game bans/vac bans on their account should not be allowed to play rust, especially only after a measly 180 days.

Normally the excuse is always "Oh yea skin changer on CS:GO lol never cheat on rust" but who fucking cares. No sympathy for cheaters.
Game bans on your steam account should mean no playing on rustoria servers, don't even leave them to question just get rid of them. (people argue the small chance of it being false but honestly that's a cheaters copium; maybe make it 2 years or something for game bans)

VAC bans however should be perm, regardless of anything, no exceptions.

Again I have no sympathy for cheaters and couldn't give a fuck if they have "reformed" and don't think anyone else cares if they are all perm banned.
Is rustoria just afraid they will lose numbers if the cheaters aren't allowed back? Pretty sure more people would be happy to play here given a stricter stance on cheaters.

Here at rustoria we believe in users having second chances and as a result of this we have our rules in place which allows users to have a 2nd chance and regain the ability to play rustoria servers. We currently moderate rust only gamebans, as there is a very very weak correlation between users with vac/non rust gamebans which also receive a gameban in rust (I believe less than 1% of all vac banned users will receive a rust ban). This is a topic which has been discussed in great lengths and as a result of it is the reason we only moderate rust gamebans

Hey I'd like to make a suggestion to help the server a small amount, for people trying to fish at fishing village. Can we add a (non- sharable) BBQ or even Campfire? It wouldn't be as crazy as the recycler idea. It's just to help me people not be so discouraged when starting solo by having a way to cook there fish meat there and keep fishing instead of eating a much of raw fish for a small gain of hunger after that long period of fishing.

this is kind of a ridiculous idea. not only do rustoria as they said believe in second chances, but something like 10% of people who play csgo use cheats, whereas less than 1% of rust playerbase use cheats. the reason so many people have vac bans on csgo is because of how easy it is to get cheats as vac is an awful anticheat. rust has one of the most advanced anticheats of any game on the market right now and getting your hands on cheats is significantly more expensive and way harder than getting cheats for csgo. perhaps to better your idea, if people have more than 1 game/vac ban on their account then they should not be let onto the server. If someone has 2 or 3 vac bans on their account then it is more evident that they have a habit of cheating, rather than just 1 measly vac ban on csgo

Would you also considering looking into monument loot tables, such as puzzles with high tier loot, right now it seems like not many people are attempting to do it and buffing them could result more interest - more pvp, I would also ask about the oil rig timer crates, those just don't really seem to be worth it, at least from my teams personal experience, in the last few wipes we did the monument multiple times and never really got any crazy loot, L96 once and few rockets and C4 at best. Given you have to wait and defend your position for multiple minutes there it would make it little more rewarding and not feeling bad about it when you get some metal armor ak and explo ammo

At the same time not every single crate can be "Good" or "Amazing" If you have some examples for me that'd be very helpful. I have the benefit of having seen behind-the-scenes for a long while and knowing quite well the personalities and nature of the management and staff. They're good people - Ryan cares a lot, as does everyone else. I've seen him act morally on a consistent basis and it's the only reason I stayed around at all. If you think the EU server is populated by Russian propaganda agents... alright. Okay i understand, then i believe it was a slight misunderstanding, i'll repeat myself. I was bringing up the question around farming with planter boxes like hemp, berries and such. I thought since it's a 3x it would be much appriciated by many different players if the time it took for it was 3 times as fast aswell, i believe it could bring many people from different groups that are more interested in those more kind of roleplaying roles in rust and also bring more action/raids since it'd definitely help with the attaining of sulfur and other nodes. Also since we can already buy them in outpost but for a large amount of scrap it would also bring out more sides of rust to the server and making farms like this more worthwhile. Just to make things clear im talking about the EU Rustoria 3x. And my suggestion is simply to make the time it takes for plants to grow 3x aswell since it right now is vanilla speed.

IMO this would give an advantage, atleast at the beginning, to bigger groups(16+). Those already manage more than one group and are already trained to play without team UI (thanks to contacts UI). All smaller clans between 6-16 would be forced to adapt to this, for now, exclusive to zerg clans difficulty and would struggle even harder than before, as it will for sure not be as inconvenient for zergs but add a difficulty for groups that are smaller than 16 members.

On vanilla the conversion of fertilizer to scrap is the same (2 fert : 3 scrap) however there is a set amount the shop will sell before they need to “restock” which prevents players from doing mass sell offs for insane payouts with a relatively low risk

add a /outpost to 3x, (it could have a longer coldown than /home or smth) as currently if u meme around as a solo on 3x you cant really use the outpost as easily as anyone with more than 1 player can since they can just get bags down and /trade but you cant really trade yourself if ur a solo so you need to either risk running to outpost or not use outpost if ur playing solo (or alternatively waste a /home and setup a outpost tp foundation outside)

As it was not an intended thing, facepunch has limited it due to how op it was. Rustoria has a custom plug in to negate shot restock time and just implemented the native speed for fertilizer to balance it

Also most players just leave quietly because they not use discord, and a lot of them not know English as i do, as example from my group only i can write here, since we are from Ukraine and only i know English a little. Also your argument that big clans also use it - not a problem, even with it you cant build a huge insane base for 200+ rockets, since server live for 3 days or rarely 4. We just left server to find other with max3 or where hoses is works. But we will return if this "fix" will be reverted, since much other plugins is very good here, and we like this server.

Horse farms allowed my small group to catch up to larger groups earlier into wipes. This will slow our progression heavily and especially on force wipes it could be near impossible to play. It was one of the features we enjoyed most about the server. I saw Ryan's message in game though and appreciate yalls willingness to listen to feedback from the community.

I believe the map vote should be split regardless of size. I don’t like the fact that SEA players get to know FOR SURE which map they’re playing, but us US/EU folk have to know it’s one of two!

Sir, I can agree with you that it is peculiar that SEA gets its own map vote, but seeing as the sizing is different and that the SEA Long server is brand new this force wipe, one must allow some degree of leniency.

That being said, Rustoria does plan to implement map voting across all servers sometime in the future. Perhaps when that is released we will have separate voting's for Eu and Us longs. Your #feedback-suggestions are very valuable in this process, as RyanJD and other Higher-ups regularly check this channel and note down the feedback of the community.

I was seeing that the US long servers do not have the 3-day vip wipe system and for some Latin American countries that we play on this server that vip would be very useful in the longs because the first 3 days is the most progressive and it's a pretty big difference for us 7 dollars difference
