This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Admins constantly following up on every single player report. Best thing you can do ever is send in a ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)", making sure to be specific, normally narrowing down to the most suspicious individual, while also refraining from calling anything out in chat or voice. Doesn't hurt to use F7 for the player to report to EAC as well.

But the admins do catch an insane amount of cheaters although it can be tough to recognize that from the limited player perspective, especially when you're dealing with your own issue. They've banned like over 50,000 cheaters - crazy amount of time and energy goes into it and they want more than anyone to rid the server of each one as quickly as possible. Sucks that they can't be everywhere instantly and that investigations often take time to put together the proof to pull the trigger on the ban. Sorry you're having an issue though :/
