@rare solstice Depends on server. If you see it consistently then it doesn't hurt to send in a ticket maybe with exact details, such as if you know the individual's name and exact base location. Fireworks though often just pass - if you see racism in the main text chat unmoderated, that will get handled with a ticket if you let them know most of the time, depending on the situation
