Admins are always following up on every single ticket as quickly as humanly possible. There are just a lot across a bunch of servers and investigations take time. Always good to designate one player from your team to send in a detailed ticket regarding the player you find most suspicious, rather than reporting a whole group or spamming tickets. Fine to spam F7s though with EAC's system. Also make sure not to call anything out in chat or voice so you don't compromise an investigation
