i believe my first association ban was for playing with a big group and nobody was aware that any player was cheating .then i appealed and got unbanned about 6 months ago i played rustoria again but solo and i came across some players in a village and became allies with them they invited me to team and then i logged off . when i logged in the next day i had been banned for association i really enjoy playing rustoria and i wanted to bring a 30 +player group to eu long however my appeal was denied therefore i cannot play i was requesting to be unbanned for association as i am innocent and i want to play your servers .

Yeah, always sucked when someone decides to cheat. Best thing you can do is keep your cool, designate someone from your group to send in a ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)" and refrain from calling out anything in chat or voice so the admins have the best chance for a good investigation. Fine to spam F7 though since those go to EAC

Yeah, that would be exceeding the group limit, if the total players associating/favoring one another, counting online and offline members, is over the group limit for the server. Send in a ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)". Always good to be specific and if you recorded any clips that could serve as evidence you can always include a link to an uploaded video, normally Streamable or an unlisted YT video, in your ticket

Yes, lifts automatically. May go over the time a bit - for example the hour auto normally lasts about 80 minutes. Just be careful with chat and you won't have an issue though
