Anyways i know how frustrating it is to die to cheaters but in the time being best thing you can do is try to avoid them while the admins solve your ticket

There is no such thing as "shift changes" - the admins are always following up on every single ticket as quickly as humanly possible. There are just a lot of different reports at any given time and investigations can take awhile. It sucks when the admin can't be there immediately - with stuff like that you just want to keep your cool, document what you can if there's anything that's super obvious since you can submit a link to an uploaded clip in a ticket, and try to avoid them as best as possible while refraining from calling anything out, which would jeopardize an investigation. If the player that you're concerned logs out, the admin will still do as much as they can to evaluate what's happening and they'll normally request that you let them know with another single ticket if you see the player back online and active.
