They're always following up as quickly as possible. There's just a lot of different player concerns at any given time across a bunch of different servers and investigations often take time. Best thing you can do is send in that ticket, so that's great, and then use F7 to report to EAC as well. Make sure not to call anything out in chat or voice and it doesn't hurt to have some sort of recording capability if you can record evidence of cheating since you can upload it to Youtube as unlisted or Streamable and include a link to it in your ticket if you feel it's compelling. I'm sure the admins wish they could be everywhere at once though :/

I feel ya. They have lives as well but there's always ones around working through all the different tickets. Sometimes it does take some time for the investigation to conclude and only then would a response happen. When I was an admin I had times where I'd investigate a player for hours honestly for just one investigation. It's definitely something none of them take lightly and thankfully they successfully catch a crazy amount of cheaters/rulebreakers, normally way before EAC ever has a clue. But sometimes there is those waits. Hope it resolves for you soon enough if something is going on. Best you can do is try to limit your exposure to someone you believe may be cheating obviously

and again, making sure to refrain from calling things out since all too often a well intentioned player gets emotional and starts freaking out saying "you're being reported!", "how's it feel to cheat? admins are coming" etc, and it only ever slows things down and helps the accused player.

Same as the above, best thing you can do once you put in a detailed ticket is wait for an investigation to take place. Helps to be as specific as possible, normally singling out the player you find most suspicious or if there are a few just zero hour accounts, rather than saying "The group in B11 is cheating. Please ban" or some vague report like that which doesn't help much

It's fine to spam F7s though, always good to do for any sketchy account you come across

Well, it is not a Rust problem, i'm sorry the guy above led you astray and tried to blame the game when it has nothing to do with Rust.\

Rust does not use the JsonReader, but the anti cheat EAC Easy AntiCheat does.

Solution, in your pc under main drive (mine is C) look for the rust file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\EasyAntiCheat

There you will find the setup application for EAC and open that it will offer you the option to Repair the anti cheat.

Do that and enjoy Rust again my friend.

Among all the rustoria servers the trio 5x us is very strict on switching teammates. Take my word of advice just stick to 3 and don't try rotating I have been through it and its a headache lol.

In your windows 10 search bar bottom left type "dxdiag" and hit enter then it should open up a dialogue that shows you information about your system

Either that or ctrl+alt+delete and click on the memory section

Ok so if your pc reads all 16gbs of ram then I'd first shutdown my pc and try to replace 1 of my ram sticks with any other ram sticks around the house or both of my ram sticks if you have another pc with ram sticks that are compatible with your motherboard

Because it's more than likely to be 1 or both of your ram sticks is faulty

I'm not a tech support however so i might be mistaken so don't hold me on it.

You'd want to submit a ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)" - you can link an uploaded Youtube video, normally unlisted, or Streamable in your ticket
