You should be able to view your recent tickets with "/ticket list" in-game - and "/ticket view (ticket number)", if you've already submitted something. If you want to add more information it's fine to submit another ticket, just try not to spam obviously

The admins always follow up on every single ticket as quickly as possible. Best thing you can do is send in that ticket (/ticket add (your report)) and F7 to report to EAC as well

Thankfully they catch and remove a ridiculous amount of cheaters, normally long before EAC has any clue, but unfortunately they can't be everywhere instantaneously and investigations can take some time since they don't just ban everyone who is reported obviously, they're always establishing evidence and acting on it.

Normally means that the current ban you're experiencing was found to be correct. If it's perm then it doesn't hurt to start looking for somewhere else to play and if you try to connect and it's temporary you should see an expiration time on the connect screen
