Thanks for the reply, it is too late for me, they ruined my game so i am leaving the server, but please look into it so they dont ruin someone else time on the server.
The guy was aiming with a bolty- laser in the middle of the night aiming at the sky, and as soon as i peaked his laser snaps on to me and hits me, it was like he was auto turret.

In-game tickets are constantly being followed up on as soon as humanly possible. There are always a lot of different player concerns all across the various servers and then investigations take time and we normally won't communicate until they're wrapped up. Just make sure your ticket is specific, if it's a cheating type thing reporting the individual you most suspect rather than an entire group for example, and making sure to refrain from calling anything out in chat or voice. Good to F7 as well to report to EAC, if a cheating concern.
