I'm not the admin handling it but looks like your team had an improper association and unfortunately was breaking the group limit for the server. Not the end of the world- your ban looks like it lifts in a couple days. Just make sure in the future to keep a hard line between yourself and other groups. It's not just about raiding together or stuff like that - anything that favors another group consistently falls into an association and if the online and offline members combined exceed the limit for the server, it's an issue. If you do have questions in the future about if something is sketchy or possibly problematic we'll always want to answer anything in advance so you're just able to have a good time and play

Yeah, the admin wouldn't ban without substantial proof - I did take a look and it's solid. Just make sure to keep separate and if something feels sketchy, don't do it. Stuff like promising to treat someone differently if you see them or kill them, things like that. Treat everyone outside your group equally and you won't have an issue 🙂

Totally get how you're frustrated but I can say in your case that it's a 100% correct ban for cheating. And absolutely not, we have a crazy amount of really great players. Many thousands of them who don't cheat. We have people who have been reported many hundreds of times, and since they're not cheating, they continue to play without issue.

Does the administration of the Rustoria.co - EU Medium server have any logs regarding changes to individual player bases?

I will describe the situation, during the construction of the base roof, the shell was connected to the base core and as a result the TC from the core and TC from 1 of 3 additional ones disappeared (it was not destroyed, it just disappeared). Therefore, the entire content of TCs has disappeared.

The situation took place about 2 hours ago. Now the TC sectors are wild and quite different than before. We don't know how to deal with it right now. We probably need to break down a couple of metal roofs to fix this.

I would simply like to know the cause of this error in order to avoid it in the future.

From this i got that you can team with other clans if you together dont exceed 3

But somehow i got banned, when we total 3

exactly and the max 3 includes offline members in both teams so lets say its max 3 you are 2 online 1 offline and you raid with your solo neighbour then you are 1 over limit

It's not allowed to be overly friendly / cooperate between clans if the total number of members online and offline exceeds the group limit of the server. A friendly interaction can be considered as any interaction where an advantage is gained by deliberately: not attacking / trading unfairly / defending a base / raiding or roaming together (not an exhaustive list). How big of an advantage is gained is subjective, but the best policy is always to just keep your team to your team and regard others as enemies, you can't go wrong 🙂

yeah but like it does not exceed thats my whole point, my clan totals 1 member theirs totals 2 members, from reading the rules i got that i can be overly friendly and team with them, while being in different clans

If you're certain that there were only 3 players in total involved, then you should make an appeal and it'll be reviewed - Seems like you're aware of how to do that already 🙂
