Our admins do not abuse and a false ban is very rare, but when there is insufficient evidence, that is not to mean the player is not at fault, the ban is overturned until concrete evidence is attained. Evidence is also not shared with the player base for a myriad of reasons.

Correct, unfortunately 😦 Voice chat is something that we can't moderate effectively in the majority of circumstances, even with someone clipping whatever, too easy to not be sure of the source or manipulation. Since we can't in the majority then it's something that can be easily toggled off on the client side temporarily with Voices. But I feel ya, wish people weren't idiots sometimes

So basically my problem is over year and a half ago i got banned on my main account it was eac banned. i waited roughly over half a year to start playing rust again on a new account i joined rustoria not knowing i needed to appeal that i got banned on my eac and it was over 180 days so i got banned again and then appealed and instantly got denied and cant appeal again. ive asked multiple times in the past year if theres anyway i can get unbanned ever and a admin had told me to wait several months and theres a chance i can get unbanned because ive been waiting so long. so i have waited those several months and was wondering any way i can re appeal at this current time. would love to play on yalls server again after so long. i have appealed on many other servers including bloo,stevious and some other officials and have been accepted
