This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Plugins normally load automatically after server restart. It seems like it did not happen. Therefor we had to go for a search what is causing these issues. Should be fixed after restart.

This is why calling people out in chat or even the discord is a bad thing to do. As they then get warning that they will be looked into. It makes our investigation much harder and sometimes results in the player being clean at the time. I fully understand how frustrating it can be to deal with players that you feel are not playing by the same limits and rules as you. We do fully investigate all tickets that are made and catch many people daily often well before EAC. Please carry on to use the ticket system and we will check them all with as much time as is required.
