It can happen that you connect via a VPN IP that has been used by a cheater. This might result in a ban but it can be lifted if you get in touch with one of the admins here in Discord. This happens really rarely and admins can see that it has been a VPN ban.

This dude built his house next to us and switched on the bind for hit glass. This annoying sound interferes with playing. We can't raid him because he comes back again and again.
