Some do slip through the cracks unfortunately and admins do their best to get to every ticket as soon as possible but it does take time sometimes as we always make sure it is credible so we are not banning innocent players. Originally "SNOW" was banned last week because when he connected to Rustoria Main US. During a moment of his playtime while roaming he was Gliding through the snow. But that was caused due to his VPN that he uses to play with his sping spiked to 10k+ and glided for a short moment which resulted in an admin banning him. I know from another POV it looks like he was maybe speed hacking but he and many others out side of the US use VPNS to play

And resulting in this he is still unable to play the rustoria Servers. His account has thousands of hours he plays every wipe . No EAC ban no alts and its fustrating because another one of our players who is also in Korea that lives with "Snow" is unable to connect because of it getting detected as the SAME IP.
