Nothing will ever be 100% perfect and I can understand how one can have a certain opinion from a limited perspective, but the truth really is that we catch many thousands of real cheaters, long before EAC ever has any clue, due to the hard work, time, and energy of a bunch of dedicated people who truly care about just trying to help as much as possible.

They don't though - I see a lot of bans firsthand and know the entire admin team. No one just bans. We don't ban lightly. No one is just clicking buttons without seriously thinking through what's going on. But whatever you're experiencing, or someone you know, may be a result of an issue that you don't have the full information on. There can be system things at times - all different reasons, but the vast majority of bans are 100% correct and the people who are on the admin team work incredibly hard to be objective in every decision and with more than sufficient proof. Any issue that has happened in the past for whatever reason, since people are human, is addressed and efforts are always being made for improvements in every area possible. But again, I get how you can't always see that from your perspective so I can't blame ya

Could it be that we were banned for the following reason: There was a person in the server next to our base who kept having MP5s Bolts etc. but we kept killing him because he wasn't in our team. We then proceeded to pick up his weapons because we killed him and think that the weapons are legit. But what if he spawned in the weapons, we picked them up after killing him because we werent associated with him and then the staff team thought he kept spawning weapons in for us and banned us for playing with a hacker?

The guy im talking about also was able to fly etc. but didnt get banned after 10 reports from us

It’s been over 2 weeks since I was given this ban and I would like to play on wipe today. My most recent association ban was over a year ago with VincentSMG so I feel the 30 day ban is excessive.

If it were your first ban for association I'd see where you are coming from but its not. The admins who banned the group reviewed everyone closely and if you've made an appeal and been denied, the only option is to wait for the ban to expire unfortunately.
