The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Invalids don't mean god modes though - there's not really any god mode cheats normally. Sometimes a bug that glitches someone into it but it's usually patched stupidly quick by Facepunch. But a lot of times it's a specific thing like latency, something on the map like shooting through a window or out of a heli

The share system will usually revert stuff - so if the kicked player had placed the doors for example, the doors would go to the kicked player. Stuff like that

We're constantly following up on every single report and we catch many, many thousands of cheaters thankfully, long before EAC has any idea. If you think someone is cheating, much better than reporting a whole group like "E4 group is cheating" "This clan is all cheaters ADMINS PLEASE BAN", stuff like that, single out the player you find most suspicious and we'll gladly look as in-depth as humanly possible at them. It's much more fine to spam F7 reports though, that doesn't hurt, but when it comes to an in-game ticket (/ticket add (your report)), it's much better to be specific and narrow down the most suspicious player or two.

There is no whitelist - VPNs are allowed but can periodically cause issues. If you're experiencing a problem like a ban or something you can always visit http://bans.rustoria.co and you can put in an appeal ("mute appeal" if it says you're not banned) and it will be looked into asap
